General Conditions

Our tariffs include:

- During the trek
Guide, Cook, Porters, tents, mattresses, mass-tent, toilet tent when 5 or more people, kitchen ustensils, all meals, trekking permits, bus transportation to and from Kathmandu, insurance for Nepali staff, entrance fees for National Parks.

- Rafting
Guide , cook and his assistant m raft, life jacket,tents, mattresses, rafting permits, all meals, bus transportation to and from Kathmandu.

- Safari
Bungalows or tents, all meals, activities and visits with a guide, National park entrance fees, transportation by bus to and from Kathmandu.

Our prices DO NOT include:
Guests' insurance, inland flights, visas, drinks , your stay in Kathmandu ,flight from and to your homeland.

The reservation must be done at least 45 days before the date of arrival in Nepal by payment of an installment of 25% of the total amount by telex or fax of bank at bank.
The balance will be paid on arrival in Nepal.
In the event of cancellation the versed accompte will remain sure in Glacier Treks Safari.
