Stéphane Benoist et Patrice Glairon-Rappaz succeed in Nuptse south face climb. They realised this climb in alpin style, 2000m with three bivouacs Have a look to the pictures (sorry this page is not in english)

Permit decrease

Special permits decrease, here after the main area concerned
  > Mustang : permit change from 70 $ to 50 $ a day with a minimum of 10 days
  > Manaslu : permit change from 70 $ to 50 $ a week in autumn, from 70 $ to 50 $ in spring season
  > For other areas mail us: glacier@mos.com.np
Expedition permits also decrease (except NMA peaks)
  > All summits located at the west of Dhaulagiri: free permit until 2013.
  > For other areas:
             Autumn: - 50%
             Winter and summer: - 75%
             Spring: normal fees
By the way, fees are no more fix for 7 pax, it now depends on the number of climbers.
